Performance Assessment

Some clients know exactly what kinds of help they need.

When they do, they can select from a wide range of consulting and advisory services to address them. But not everyone knows what they need, or how to get started.

Organizational Maturity Self-Assessment Survey

Welcome to Navigate Management Consulting’s Organizational Self-Assessment Survey!

At Navigate Management Consulting, we specialize in helping Systems Integration and Technology companies enhance their business processes, maximize profits, and achieve sustainable growth. As part of our dedication to continuous improvement, we have developed this complimentary organizational self-assessment.

By completing this survey, you will help define the current state of your company and identify key areas for potential improvement. This is an opportunity to honestly evaluate your organization and select options that best reflect its current status.

Within 30 days of completing the survey, you will receive a detailed analysis of your results. This analysis will highlight your successes, pinpoint opportunities for growth, and provide insights into how your company compares to others in similar industries.

Company Performance Assessment

Here’s a summary of how we approach an assessment.

Conducted off-site, we collect and evaluate documents and tools you use today to manage, control, and communicate within your company. We compare these to Best Practices and identify any that are missing. We study Marketing, Sales, Operations, Implementation, Execution, Finance, Administration, Human Resources, IT Systems, and Corporate Culture.

Personal Interviews

We visit you to see your facilities and interview selected staff. Additional staff are interviewed by phone or web conference to explore views of current issues and opportunities. Individuals are selected from all departments, levels, and disciplines for cross-functional, 360-degree discovery.

Online Surveys

A broader cross-section of staff (sometimes all) complete an on-line survey which we tabulate, analyze, and report to management. These anonymous survey responses often reveal differences between management and employee perceptions of “how things work here.”

Findings and Recomendations

At completion of our review we report our findings and recommendations to management. This may be either on-site or via web conference and includes:
