What is Navigate Academy?
Navigate Academy is our online learning platform designed specifically for systems integrators and their related technology partners. This program is designed to teach your team about project management, process management, leadership, culture, and business management in one convenient place.
We have dozens of courses, with a new module added every month.
Each course starts with a 45-minute live webinar that is also recorded and available on-demand. This is followed by a short quiz to confirm you understand the session content, and these confirmation questions give us the ability to provide CTS renewal units for AVIXA, as well as PDUs for the Project Management Institute. There is also an action item to help you apply what you learn from the session at work, and a podcast with an industry expert on our theme for that month.

Why this session is important: The purpose of any business is to make money, and for a project-based business, proper job costing is the most effective way to ensure that occurs.
Job costing is the accounting which tracks the costs and revenues by job and enables standardized reporting of profitability for each job. For a typical job this will include direct material, direct labor, subcontract costs, and other indirect costs used to support the project.
