Navigate Management Consulting announces that Craig Jacobus has joined the firm
With over 30 years of executive positions leading companies, Craig Jacobus knows what it takes to grow successful enterprises. Craig is owner and president of Jacobus & Associates, LLC, an executive coaching and consulting firm specializing in working one-on-one with key executives and high potential talent. We are thrilled to have Craig bring his company’s expertise to the firm.
As a Certified Professional Coach, Craig has helped executives across the country improve interpersonal skills that enable them to better engage with employees. Higher employee engagement leads to higher ROI. He guides leaders working through the challenges faced, provides honest non-judgmental feedback and helps set up processes and action steps and accountability that create success.

As Principal Consultant, Craig will lead consulting engagements on Executive Coaching, High Potential Coaching, and Personality and Emotional Intelligence Assessments. Craig will join in on Navigate assessments, process improvement, leadership development and training assignments.
