Navigate Management Consulting announces that Robert Hammond has joined the firm.
Robert brings more than 20 years of executive and leadership experience in the systems integration industry with a strong history of impactful and profitable change in organizations.
“I have known Brad for years, both as a client and through his engagement with industry organizations. I have always tried to absorb as much of his wisdom and insight as possible. I think we recognized early on that we had the same belief around operations: good process makes great people even better. When I started thinking about my next phase, Navigate was a natural fit.”
Prior to Navigate, Robert served as partner and VP of Technical Operations at Stage Front. Robert’s career with Stage Front started in 2000 working in the warehouse. Over the next 20 years, he worked in all operational positions of the company culminating in promotion to partner and VP of Technical Operations in 2016. During his 20+ year career with Stage Front, Robert led change in every area of the company including engineering standardization, implementation of multiple ERP solutions, and leadership transformation.
Throughout his career, Robert has been active in industry organizations including AVIXA, NSCA, CompTIA, and other trade organizations. He carries certifications in IT transformation and formal training in numerous management philosophies. Robert has also served in leadership positions for COPE, an organization focusing on childhood obesity, and Code for America/OpenSavannah, which utilizes technology for the improvement of government.

As Senior Consultant, Robert will lead consulting engagements on developing and executing operational processes, business information management, and financial management. Robert will join in on Navigate assessments, process improvement and software implementations, and training assignments.
